Greg Gostomski

Greg Gostomski
Executive Director

Greg believes that God puts us where He wants us and asks that we be “the light of Christ” to those around us and encourage them to do the same. If we do that, we participate in building the Kingdom of God on earth.

Born and raised in the Detroit area, Greg moved to Marquette in 2003. He comes to Care Clinic after working for the Catholic Church for 25 years at the parish and diocese level, focusing on youth and families. These experiences fostered a love of working with people and ministry. He is excited to be part of such a powerful ministry promoting and celebrating life.

Greg enjoys the outdoors especially camping, hiking, canoeing and winter sports; he is a member of the Christian rock band “The Well”, but mostly he enjoys his family; wife Jennifer and children Noah, Isabelle, and Ben.

Wendy Pelto
Volunteer & Client Services Director

Wendy Pelto is the newest member of the Care Clinic staff. Wendy has spent many years
raising her two daughters Courtney and Meredith, and for the last two years has volunteered

Jean Kohtala

I was born and raised in the UP.  My relationship with the Care Clinic (then called Pregnancy Services), began back in 1977 when I was a client myself.   My husband John and I have been married for over 40 years and have raised four beautiful children, who have grown up and blessed us with six grandchildren.  What a precious gift our children and grandchildren are in our lives.  Knowing that every child is a gift from God, and in light of the war on life that is raging in our culture, I followed God’s call to get involved in the Care Clinic ministry. I began mentoring in the Spring of 2019.  I instantly fell in love with the mission, the staff and with my clients.  To my utter joy and amazement, I was blessed with the opportunity to actually become part of the ministry as the new Office Assistant.  I bring to this position many years’ experience in office support and customer service.  I love to serve, and I look forward to pouring my gifts and talents into my job at the Care Clinic, as well as continuing to be used in the lives of our clients.
